This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the attention to detail was remarkable. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were absolutely fabulous, with pristine fixtures and comfortable beds. Secondly, the location was perfect - nestled on a quiet street in a great neighborhood, just outside the main area. Lastly, the service provided by the staff was impeccable. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

Absolutely new/second pillows, unfortunately they are much too big and uncomfortable. In summer is very very warm, a fan at least is necessary.

We loved staying in this hotel! Best aspects were the location in a trendy area of the city with easy access to local transport, the stylish interior and cleanliness, and the welcoming and helpful staff. The quiet street made for a peaceful night's rest, but we were still close enough to the center of town to enjoy all the sights and sounds.

That's fantastic! Brand new, best location for numerous clubs, restaurants, cafés, everything clean and tidy, very nice (small) rooms, super friendly staff, parking directly in the underground car park and in the morning the smell of freshly baked goods wakes you up. Again and again!

This hotel offers great value for money. The location is perfect, on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. The staff are efficient and offer great service. The rooms are spacious and have fab bathrooms with comfortable bedding. The breakfast is decent and satisfying. I especially appreciated the free wifi, just like an honors member at Hilton.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a great neighborhood, located on a quiet street just outside the main area. The rooms are clean, minimalist, and impressive, with attention to detail. I especially loved the comfortable bed and bedding. The breakfasts were by far the best I've had during my stay in Germany.

No improvements needed, everything was spot-on.

The staff were very pleasent . The food in the restaurant was excellent.

The internet access was extremely poor from the rooms on the third floor.

Poor design of the room, soap dispenser in the bathroom in which you don't know what has been poured, bad quality pillows, price of the sauna (10 Eur), lobby was being painted while we were there. Not worth the price.

The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The location was ideal as it was only a short walk to many bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was tiny and very basic, with no extras such as a fridge or tea/coffee making facilities. The mattress was uncomfortable and the bedding was scratchy.

Conveniently close to local transport but also situated on a quiet street. the rooms are ultra-clean, modern, and equipped with everything you need, such as Loewe TVs and internet access. You'll love the buffet-style breakfast with its great range of options. Don't forget to double up the pillow for a comfortable sleep.

Sadly, some staff members may not be as helpful as you'd expect.
